Senior Product Manager.

As Product Manager at norrd you own product strategy for our engagements together with clients and the engineering team — from discovery workshops to roadmaps to measurable outcomes.

01 — Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities.

You run discovery phases with clients: user interviews, Jobs-to-be-Done, stakeholder workshops.
You translate business goals into roadmaps, OKRs and prioritized backlogs in Jira or Linear.
You work daily with engineering, design and client — and make sure the team knows why it builds what it builds.
You measure outcomes via analytics (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel) and simple SQL queries and adjust accordingly.
You moderate tough conversations, say no when needed and write clear decision documents.

02 — Must-have profile

Must-have profile.

3+ years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner or Senior UX/Strategy Consultant.
Confident command of discovery and delivery methods (Dual Track, Continuous Discovery, OKRs).
Experience with Jira or Linear, Figma (read-only) and at least one analytics tool.
Strong written and verbal communication in German and English (B2+).
Experience in direct client contact up to C-level.

03 — Nice to have

Nice to have.

SQL basics for your own data analyses.
B2B SaaS or industry/mid-sized company context.
Experience with pricing, business cases or GTM planning.
Familiarity with Laravel / web tech stacks (you don't have to code, but you should understand what's possible).
