Deadlines are missed, evidence is hard to find, responsibilities are unclear. At the latest during audits, ISO certifications or in case of damage, the missing structured evidence becomes a business-critical risk.
The legal register app bundles all relevant regulations in one central registry. Each law is assigned to a location and a person in charge, each recurring inspection obligation is created automatically at the right cadence and each inspection is documented with date, inspector and evidence.
At the press of a button, compliance status is available as an audit-proof PDF report — structured by location, area or cadence. From a single site to a corporate group with multiple tenants, the system scales with the organization.
A central master of all relevant laws, ordinances and regulations — organized by area such as occupational safety, environmental protection, fire protection, data protection and plant safety. Obligations are stored directly with the law, including reference, inspection cadence and explanation.
Multi-tenant software architecture with any number of locations and departments. Laws can be assigned to one or more locations — with location-specific contact, impact rating and a take-over function for new locations.
From the assigned obligations, the system automatically creates all tasks for the current year — supporting continuous, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and multi-year inspection cadences. Follow-up inspections are calculated automatically using working-day and quarter logic.
Each task contains status, action description, inspector, inspection date and document evidence. Completed inspections are archived as historical entries — for every task a complete, audit-proof inspection history is created.
