An integration pipeline that transfers master and transactional data from SAP into the online shop in near real time — with country-specific prices and stocks across five continents, full product data and all downloads in every shop language.
An internationally oriented online shop must serve prices, stocks and in some cases assortments per country — in local currency, with the right tax rate and in the relevant language. At the same time, product images, technical data, manuals, flyers and data sheets must be up to date in every shop language.
Without continuous ERP integration, outdated prices, wrong availabilities and diverging master data between markets emerge — and maintenance effort that grows exponentially with the number of countries and languages.
An integration layer synchronizes prices, stocks, product master data and media from SAP into the shop in near real time. For each of the 30 countries, the correct price list, availability and assortment rule is served — in local currency and with the correct tax logic.
Product images, descriptions, technical data, related products and all PDF downloads — manuals, flyers, data sheets and conformity documents — are taken centrally from the ERP and automatically mapped to all shop languages. Whatever is maintained in SAP is up to date in the shop worldwide within a very short time.
Region-specific price lists, currencies and tax rates are served correctly per market. Stocks are reconciled near-live — customers always see binding availabilities for their region.
Images, descriptions, technical data and related products are imported in a structured way. Multilingual fields are automatically mapped to the correct language channel — without manual maintenance per country.
Manuals, flyers, data sheets and conformity documents are imported in a structured way per product and kept available per language. In the shop, this creates a complete, up-to-date download section for every product.
Instead of full bulk imports, the pipeline transfers only changed records. Retry logic, audit logs and monitoring at job and record level make errors visible early and quick to fix.
Whatever is maintained in SAP is visible in the shop shortly afterwards — in the correct language, with the correct pricing logic and the correct stock for every country. Manual maintenance per market disappears, inconsistencies between regions vanish.
Marketing, product management and sales continue to work in the SAP processes they know, but gain global reach. New markets and languages can be added without maintaining a second data model — the system scales with internationalization rather than slowing it down.
